1. Who we are and what this covers

WinBiga is operated by WinBiga ("we", "us") [company registration and address to be inserted]. These Terms cover the WinBiga website, the arcade games, target scores, payout codes, leaderboards, wallets, tips and prizes. By creating an account you accept them.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be legally allowed to take part in skill-based competitions with entry fees where you live. You are responsible for checking this.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal and cannot be shared, sold or transferred.
• Employees and contractors of WinBiga, and members of their households, may not win prizes.

3. Your account

Keep your password private. Everything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us immediately at support@winbiga.com if you think someone else has access. You must give us accurate information, including a working email address, and keep it up to date.

4. How the competition works

• Each game has its own leaderboard, entry fee and target score, all shown on the game before you pay.
• A run costs the entry fee shown when you pay. The fee is taken from your WinBiga wallet when the run is created and is not refundable once the run has started.
• A verified run that reaches the target score wins one prize. Its amount is selected at random from the prize amounts set for that game and is disclosed when the payout code is redeemed. Scores from separate runs are not combined.
• At each daily reset, the players with the top 3 verified scores on a game's daily leaderboard receive a bonus payout code.
• The rules, target score and prize amounts a run is judged against are fixed when you pay for it. Changes apply to later runs.
• A game may have a daily prize budget and a daily limit on wins per player. When either is reached, runs still count on leaderboards but do not win prizes until the daily reset (currently 8:00 PM West Africa Time).
• A run that is reloaded, closed or abandoned before it ends is treated as ended at that point. A score that reaches us and verifies still counts.
• If a run cannot be started because of a fault on our side, the entry fee is returned to your wallet.

5. Scores and fair play

Scores are decided by our servers, which replay the moves your device sends and check them against our clock. Our records of time and scores are final, subject to the dispute process below. We may remove any score that fails verification, that we reasonably believe was produced with automation, modified software, exploits, multiple accounts or collusion, or that otherwise breaks the Game rules. Removed scores do not count for leaderboards or prizes; unredeemed payout codes for them are voided. We keep a record of every removal.

6. Prizes and payout codes

• Target scores, the largest possible prize and prize amounts can differ between games and change over time.
• Each winning run receives one payout code, and each top-3 daily finish receives a bonus code. A code can be redeemed only by the account that earned it, and only once. Redeeming credits the prize to your WinBiga wallet.
• Where a winning run is flagged by our checks or is under investigation, its code may be held until a review is complete, and may be rejected if the review finds a breach of these Terms.
• We may correct a payout made in error, including by reversing a credit to a wallet.
• Prizes may be subject to tax. You are responsible for any tax due on your winnings. [Legal review: confirm treatment under Nigerian law.]

7. Wallet, funding and withdrawals

• Your wallet balance is money you have added, won or received in tips, less what you have spent, sent or withdrawn. It does not earn interest.
• Wallet funding is processed by our payment partner. We never see or store your card details.
• Withdrawals are paid to a Nigerian bank account in your name. A withdrawal fee, shown before you confirm, applies. Withdrawals are reviewed and usually paid within 24 hours; we may ask for identity verification before paying a withdrawal. [Legal review: KYC/AML obligations.]
• We may refuse or reverse a withdrawal where we reasonably suspect fraud, a breach of these Terms, or where required by law.

8. Tips

Tips are voluntary transfers between players. They are taken from your wallet immediately and cannot be reversed once sent. Always check the username before you confirm.

9. What you must not do

• Use bots, scripts, macros, modified clients or any automation to play or to interact with the site.
• Exploit bugs. If you find one, tell us and don't use it.
• Open or use more than one account, or share an account.
• Use the wallet for anything other than playing, tipping and withdrawing your own money.
• Harass other players, impersonate anyone, or post unlawful content in usernames or messages.

10. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse. If we close your account for a breach, we may withhold prizes connected to the breach; money you added to your wallet that is not connected to a breach remains yours and can be withdrawn subject to verification. You can close your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Availability

We work hard to keep WinBiga online, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. If a run cannot be completed or verified because of a fault on our side, we will return the entry fee for that run.

12. Intellectual property

WinBiga, the WinBiga name and logo, the games and all site content belong to us or our licensors. You may share your own scores, score cards and profile link freely. You may not copy or reuse other parts of the site without permission.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms, for loss of profit or opportunity, or for problems caused by your device, your internet connection or third parties. Our total liability to you in connection with WinBiga is limited to the amount you added to your wallet in the 12 months before the claim. [Legal review required.]

14. Complaints and disputes

If something goes wrong, contact support@winbiga.com or use the contact form. We aim to reply within one business day and to resolve score disputes before the affected prize is paid where possible. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction. [Legal review: dispute resolution clause.]

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use WinBiga after that means you accept the change.
