The run ends there, and we try to submit the score you'd reached — if it verifies, it counts. If you paid but never pressed Start, the run waits for you — nothing is lost.

Yes, briefly. Each run has a pause allowance shown on the pause screen; when it runs out, play resumes.

No. Starting a run of the same game somewhere else ends the earlier run.

Your browser sends the moves you made. Our server replays them with the same game it dealt you and works out the score itself. A typed-in or edited score simply does not match.

It failed verification — for example the moves didn't produce the score, it ran faster than real time, or it reached us far too late. The result screen tells you which.

No. Every clock that matters runs on our server. The countdown on your screen just follows it.

Wallet → Fund wallet. Pay by card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack. Your balance updates as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Card details go directly to Paystack over an encrypted connection. WinBiga never sees or stores them.

Not once a run has started. If a run can't be started because of a fault on our side, the fee is returned.

Wallet → Withdraw. Enter the amount, your bank and account number. You see exactly what you'll receive and the fee before you confirm.

Withdrawals are reviewed and paid usually within 24 hours. You'll get a notification when it's sent.

Yes, a flat ₦100 per withdrawal, shown before you confirm. Minimum withdrawal is ₦5,000.

A unique code like WB-SNA-7K2P-QX9M that you get when a verified run reaches the target score, or when you finish a day in the top 3. It's shown on the result screen and saved in My wins.

Tap Redeem on the result screen or in My wins, or type the code into the Redeem box there. You see what you won, and it's credited to your wallet instantly.

No. A code only works on the account that earned it, and each code can be redeemed once.

If our checks flag anything unusual about a winning run, a person looks at it before the code can be redeemed. You'll get a notification when it's ready. Most reviews finish within a few hours.

No. One account per person; extra accounts are closed and their scores removed.

After each run, tap Share. On phones you get the native share sheet with an image; elsewhere, WhatsApp, X, copy and save-image options.

winbiga.com/yourusername. It shows your wins, total won and best score on every game.

Wallet → Tip a player. Enter a username, an amount and an optional message. It goes straight to their wallet and can't be reversed.

Close other tabs and apps, and make sure your browser is up to date. The games are light and run well on most phones.

Countdowns follow our server's clock, not your device, so they're the same for everyone.
