How it works

Game rules & fairness

Last updated September 2026

Exactly how runs are verified, how the target score wins prizes and how payout codes work — no vague rules.

The games

Snake

  • Eat to grow.
  • Avoid the walls and your tail.
  • Speed rises as you grow.
  • Controls: Arrow keys or WASD; on touch screens, swipe or use the pad.
  • Target score: 15.

Dino Jump

  • Jump cacti and low flyers.
  • Stay low under high flyers.
  • Distance is score.
  • Controls: Space, W or ↑ to jump; on touch screens, tap anywhere to jump.
  • Target score: 1,000.

Flappy Bird

  • Tap to flap.
  • Each gap cleared is a point.
  • Gaps tighten as you go.
  • Controls: Space, W or ↑ to flap; on touch screens, tap anywhere to flap.
  • Target score: 10.

Bounce

  • Steer onto pads.
  • Orange pads crumble, gold pads launch, spikes end the run.
  • Height is score.
  • Controls: ← → or A D to steer; on touch screens, hold left or right side.
  • Target score: 150.

Each game has its own rules preset, target score and prize amounts. The ones in force when you pay are the ones your run is judged against, even if they change before you finish.

Starting a run

  • Paying creates a run. Until you press Start it waits for you and nothing is lost.
  • Pressing Start tells our server to start the clock and deal your game. The layout of the game is only revealed at that moment.
  • One run per game at a time: starting a run in another tab or device ends the earlier one.
  • Reloading or closing the page mid-run ends it. We try to submit the score you had reached; if it reaches us and verifies, it counts.
  • You can pause, but pause time is limited per run (shown on the pause screen). A run that reaches us later than its play time plus that allowance does not count.

How we verify runs

We don't trust the browser. Your device sends us the moves you made; our server replays them, step by step, using the same rules and the same game it dealt you. We then check that:

  • the run belongs to your account and was started through our server, and hasn't already been submitted;
  • replaying your moves produces exactly the score reported;
  • the run could not have been played faster than the real time that passed on our clock;
  • the run wasn't paused or delayed for longer than allowed;
  • it was played on the current version of the game.

A run that fails is marked Not counted. It stays in your history but never reaches a leaderboard or earns a prize. Entry fees for runs that don't count are not refunded.

The target score and prizes

  • Each game has one target score, shown on the game before you pay, and a set of prize amounts chosen by WinBiga.
  • A verified run that reaches the target wins one prize. The amount is picked at random from the game's prize amounts, each equally likely, when the code is issued. It is shown to you when you redeem the code.
  • At the daily reset, the top 3 verified scores on each game's Today board earn a bonus payout code.
  • Scores from separate runs are never combined.
  • A game may have a daily prize budget and a daily limit on wins per player. If either is reached, your run still counts on the leaderboard but doesn't earn a code; prizes return at the daily reset (currently 8:00 PM West Africa Time).

Payout codes

  • Every winning run gets exactly one payout code (plus a bonus code if it finishes the day in the top 3), shown on the result screen and kept in My wins.
  • A code can only be redeemed by the account that earned it, and only once. Redeeming credits the prize to your WinBiga wallet instantly.
  • If our checks flag anything unusual about the run, the code is held for a human review before it can be redeemed. We aim to finish reviews within a few hours.
  • Codes don't expire while your account is in good standing.

Leaderboards

  • Each game has a Today board, which resets at the daily reset, and an All time board.
  • Boards show each player's highest verified score and update live as people play. Ties go to whoever reached the score first.

Removed scores

Our team can remove a score after review — for example for automation, modified game code, exploiting a bug, multiple accounts or collusion. Every removal is logged with a reason. An unredeemed payout code for a removed score is voided; a prize already redeemed for a removed score may be reversed from your wallet.

Disputes

If you think a run was wrongly marked or a code wrongly held, contact us with the game, the time and your payout code if you have one. We review and correct mistakes.
