Player care
Responsible play
Last updated September 2026
WinBiga should be fun. These are the tools and habits that keep it that way.
Set a daily limit
In Settings → Play limits you can cap how much you spend on game entries each day. When you reach it, the Play button stops working until midnight. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; raising one applies from the next day. [Product note: confirm this delay is implemented before publishing.]
Know what you're spending
Every entry fee is listed in your transactions. The Play screen always shows the fee and your balance after paying before you confirm.
Take breaks
Only your best score of the day counts, so there's no advantage in playing when you're tired or frustrated. Scores usually improve after a break. The game also pauses automatically if you switch tabs or apps.
Signs to watch for
- Spending more than you planned to try to "get back" a prize position.
- Playing with money meant for bills, food or family.
- Hiding how much you play from people close to you.
- Feeling anxious or irritable when you can't play.
If any of these sound familiar, set a low daily limit today and consider taking a longer break.
Pause or close your account
Email support@winbiga.com and we'll pause your account for the period you choose, or close it. Any balance not connected to a rules breach can be withdrawn first.
Get support
If spending on games is affecting your life, talk to someone. [Insert Nigerian support organisations and helplines here after verification.]
Under 18?
WinBiga is for adults only. If you're under 18, please don't create an account. If you know of an account held by a minor, tell us and we will close it.
